- Arrive 15 to 20 minutes early for parking, check-in, and driving instructions
- Children ages 4 to 12 ride with an adult and do not drive
- Riders ages 13+ must be tall enough to see over the Rydable's head and strong enough to operate it

Cancellation Policy
Tours are non-refundable. Reschedule free with at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows and cancellations due to intoxication cannot be rescheduled or refunded. The operator may shift departure up to 3 hours for weather; weather cancellations are rescheduled or receive full credit.
