Cancellation Policy
Tours are non-refundable. Changes made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled once at no charge. No-shows cannot rebook and receive no refund. Due to inclement weather, your tour time may move up to 3 hours. If canceled for weather or unforeseen circumstances, you'll be rescheduled on the next available tour or receive a full credit with no expiration.
