Know before you go
- The booking guest must be 18 or older
- Maximum capacity is 13 guests; larger groups need an additional boat
- A captain fee of $75 per hour is due before charter departure
- A credit card processing fee applies; clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking
- Present your ID upon arrival for credit card payment verification
- Gratuity is not included; 15% to 20% is recommended
- Unsafe weather reservations can be credited toward a future date for up to one year; cloudy weather or light rain does not qualify

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 30 or more days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations under 30 days are charged the full charter price. Reschedule without penalty with at least 2 weeks' notice; a $100 fee applies for Friday–Sunday dates if rescheduled 21 days before. Unsafe weather reservations can be used toward a future date within one year.
