- Illegal drugs and illegal prescription medications are prohibited; violations end the charter without refund
- Alcohol service may be refused to anyone suspected of intoxication
- You are responsible for personal belongings and damage caused by your group

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 30 days before departure for a refund minus the $400 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations within 30 days forfeit all payments. If the captain cancels for unsafe weather, reschedule or receive a full refund. If canceled because no dock is available, receive a refund.
