- Arrive on time; the boat waits up to 10 minutes after departure

- Shared trips require a minimum of 2 passengers
- Maximum capacity is 6 passengers, including infants
- You may get wet depending on wind and weather conditions
- Wheelchair users and guests with mobility limitations cannot be accommodated due to boarding and tide conditions
- No pets or service animals are allowed on shared trips
- No smoking is allowed on board, and you must follow the captain’s instructions
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the trip. No refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling within 24 hours. No-shows are charged in full. If the operator cancels, you may receive a refund or reschedule option.

Shared trips require at least 2 passengers. If fewer are booked, your trip may be rescheduled, upgraded to a private trip, or you may have the option to purchase the missing seat. If that seat is later sold, you will receive a refund for the extra payment.
The boat waits up to 10 minutes after departure. After that, late arrivals are treated as no-shows and are non-refundable.
Bring food, drinks in non-glass containers, sunscreen, and small personal items. A cooler with ice and water is provided.
