Important details
- Arrive 15 minutes before departure; your charter time starts at the reserved time
- Complete all waivers before departure; the yacht cannot leave until they are signed
- Obtain a saltwater fishing license before arriving
- A $1,200 security deposit is required before departure and charged to the card on file
- Expect taxes to apply in addition to the listed price
- Do not smoke inside the cabin or bring red wine onboard
- Bring only cold snacks or prepacked sandwiches; hot food is allowed only when prepared by the chefs
- No illegal drugs, firearms, ammunition, or weapons of any kind are allowed onboard
- Ocean Skeet participants must be ages 18+ and follow the instructor's safety guidelines
- Ocean Skeet participants cannot be under the influence of alcohol or drugs before handling guns
This booking is for the whole experience, which fits up to 12 guests.
Cancellation Policy
More than 14 days before the reservation: full refund; 8–14 days: 50% refund; within 7 days or no-show: no refund. Before boarding, a marine weather alert or hurricane/tropical storm allows rescheduling or a full refund. If weather prevents departure after boarding, receive a 50% refund; no refund if the boat returns after leaving dock. No refunds for chef services, provisions, or shopping/staging fees.

FAQs
Bring your choice of beverages, cold snacks, or prepacked sandwiches if you have not selected private chef service. Red wine and hot food are not allowed; onboard chefs prepare all hot food, and kitchen use is reserved for them.
Have your Charter Agreement ready before arrival, and make sure every guest has signed a waiver. Your charter cannot depart until all waivers are signed.
