Know before you go
- Meet at Miami Beach Marina, Dock F, Slip 8, with your full party 15 minutes before departure; all waivers must be signed before the boat can leave
- Obtain a saltwater fishing license before arriving
- A $1,200 security deposit is required before departure and will be charged to the card on file unless you advise otherwise at least 24 hours ahead
- Additional guests beyond six cost $200 per person; maximum capacity is 12 guests
- Time overages are charged in one-hour increments to the card on file; clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking
- No smoking in the cabin or red wine onboard; hot food is only permitted when prepared by onboard chefs
- Ocean Skeet participants must be at least 18, use the provided protective gear, and must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 14 days before the reservation for a full refund. Cancel 8–14 days before for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days and no-shows are charged in full. Before boarding, a marine weather alert or hurricane/tropical storm allows rescheduling or a full refund. If weather prevents departure after boarding, receive a 50% refund; no refund after leaving the dock.
FAQs
Bring your choice of beverages, cold snacks, or prepacked sandwiches if you have not selected private chef service. Red wine and hot food are not allowed; onboard chefs prepare all hot food, and kitchen use is reserved for them.
Have your Charter Agreement ready before arrival, and make sure every guest has signed a waiver. Your charter cannot depart until all waivers are signed.
