Bring a valid ID and a credit card for security at check-in. Bikes must be returned by closing time (Nov–Mar 9AM–5PM; Apr–Oct 9AM–7PM). Riders must be under 300 pounds, and children must be at least 1 year old for bikes or attachments; riders under 18 need an adult to check in and sign.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of the rental get a full credit for the amount you paid.
