Cancellation Policy
All sales are final; no refunds for late arrivals or no-shows. Reschedule once at least 48 hours before departure; fees may apply. Bookings are non-transferable. Trips usually run in light rain and moderate weather. If the operator cancels for severe or unsafe weather, you can reschedule subject to availability or receive credit for a future trip.
