- Complete waivers for everyone in your party before departure
- Obtain a saltwater fishing license before arrival
- Expect tax, gratuity, add-ons, and any charter time overages to be charged separately; overages are billed in hourly increments to the card on file
- A $1,200 security deposit is required before departure and is not included in the listed price
- Do not smoke inside the cabin or bring red wine, hot food, illegal drugs, firearms, ammunition, or weapons onboard
- Ocean Skeet participants must be age 18 or older, wear provided protective gear, and not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Ocean Skeet is limited to 6 participants and costs $1,550; it is not included in the listed price

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 14 days before the reservation date for a full refund; 8–14 days for 50%. Cancel within 7 days or no-show and the full price is charged. Rescheduled reservations are final and non-refundable. If a marine weather alert, hurricane, or tropical storm prevents boarding, reschedule or receive a full refund. If weather prevents departure after boarding, receive a 50% refund; no refund if the boat departs then returns due to weather.

Bring beverages, cold snacks, or prepacked sandwiches. Hot food is allowed only when prepared by the onboard chefs, and the kitchen is reserved for chef use.
Submit menu selections, dietary restrictions, allergies, and special requests at least 7 days before your charter. Later requests are subject to availability, added rush provisioning fees, and menu limitations; specialty items are not guaranteed within 72 hours of departure.
