- Complete all required waivers before departure; the yacht cannot leave until they are signed

- Expect a $1,200 security deposit, not included in the listed price, before departure to cover potential damages; it is charged to the card on file
- No smoking inside the cabin; red wine, illegal drugs, firearms, ammunition, and weapons are not allowed onboard
- Bring cold snacks or prepacked sandwiches only unless food is prepared by the onboard chefs; kitchen use is reserved for chefs
- Ocean Skeet Shooting participants must be ages 18+ and cannot be under the influence of alcohol or drugs; protective glasses and headset are provided

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 14 days before your reservation for a full refund; 8–14 days for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days and no-shows are nonrefundable. Before boarding, a marine weather alert or hurricane/tropical storm allows rescheduling or a full refund. If weather prevents departure after boarding, receive a 50% refund; no refund after departure.

You may bring beverages, cold snacks, or prepacked sandwiches. Bottled water and ice are provided. Do not bring red wine or hot food; hot food may only be prepared by the onboard chefs.
Participants must be at least 18 years old, follow the instructor’s safety guidelines, and wear the provided safety glasses and protective headset. You cannot participate if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Time beyond your reserved charter is billed in one-hour increments. The overage charge amount is not stated; clarify it with Greetwell before booking.
