Important details
- Arrive with your full party 15 minutes before departure
- Complete the required waivers before departure; the yacht cannot leave until all waivers are signed
- Obtain a saltwater fishing license before your charter
- A $1,200 security deposit is required before departure for potential damages and is not included in the listed price; it is charged to the card on file
- Expect additional time beyond your reserved charter to be charged to the card on file in 1-hour increments
- Keep the cabin smoke-free; red wine is not allowed onboard
- Bring only cold snacks or prepacked sandwiches unless food is prepared by the onboard chefs; kitchen use is reserved for chefs
- Ocean Skeet participants must be ages 18+ and sober; protective glasses and headsets are provided and required
- Leave illegal drugs, firearms, ammunition, and all weapons ashore
This booking is for the whole experience, which fits up to 6 guests.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 14 days before reservation for a full refund; 8–14 days for a 50% refund. Within 7 days and no-shows are nonrefundable. If a marine weather alert or hurricane/tropical storm prevents boarding, reschedule or receive a full refund. If boarded but unable to depart due to weather, receive 50%; no refund after departure. Chef services, provisions, and shopping/staging fees are nonrefundable.

You may bring beverages, cold snacks, or prepacked sandwiches if you have not selected private-chef service. Red wine and hot food are not allowed; hot food must be prepared by the chefs.
The kitchen, food preparation, and full kitchen use are reserved for the chefs.
