Know before you go
- Arrive with your full party 15 minutes before departure at Miami Beach Marina, Dock F, Slip 8
- Complete the Charter Agreement and all guest waivers before boarding; the boat will not depart until waivers are signed
- Obtain a saltwater fishing license before your charter
- A $1,200 security deposit is required before departure for potential damages and is charged to the card on file unless other arrangements are made at least 24 hours before departure
- Additional guests beyond 6 cost $200 per person; parties of 8 or more include a second mate and second steward
- Ocean Skeet participants must be at least 18, use the provided protective gear, follow instructor safety rules, and not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- No smoking inside the cabin, no red wine onboard, and no hot food unless prepared by the chefs
- Time beyond your booked charter is charged in one-hour increments; clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 14 days before the reservation for a full refund; 8–14 days for 50%. Within 7 days and no-shows are charged in full. If a marine weather alert or hurricane/tropical storm prevents boarding, reschedule or receive a full refund. If unable to leave after boarding, receive 50%; no refund if the boat returns due to weather.
FAQs
You may bring beverages, cold snacks, or prepacked sandwiches if you have not selected private-chef service. Red wine and hot food are not allowed; hot food must be prepared by the chefs.
The kitchen, food preparation, and full kitchen use are reserved for the chefs.
Water toys and snorkel gear are available at an extra charge. Clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking.
