When you arrive at Bayside Marketplace you must walk towards the ferris wheel, from there you will walk to the far end of the docks, until you reach Hard Rock Cafe. Once you are facing Hard Rock Cafe, make a left towards the boats and when you see LOMBARDI'S Cafe, look for the sales booth with an umbrella on top, this sales booth will have the picture of a pirate and our pirate boat on the side of it, that is where you must check in and will be instructed on where/how to board the boat.
Miami Aqua Tours clearly knows how to create a memorable boat experience. The overwhelming praise centers on their exceptional staff, with guides like Javier, David, Maxa, and Sorangel earning specific shout-outs for being friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Photographer Ismel gets multiple mentions for his welcoming personality and skill at capturing the moment. The vibe is consistently described as fun and well-organized, with guests appreciating the onboard bar, great music, and stunning Miami views along the route. What stands out is how personalized the service feels. Tour guides seem genuinely invested in making sure everyone has a good time, whether that's through informative commentary, taking beautiful photos for your group, or just creating an upbeat atmosphere. The Spanish and English reviews alike emphasize the same things: excellent attention to detail, a fantastic overall experience, and strong recommendations. It's the kind of tour where the crew makes all the difference, turning a simple boat ride into something genuinely special.
