Miami City Tour & Biscayne Bay Cruise

At the Riu Plaza Miami hotel, they have a counter in the lobby. Don't even think about booking anything there: they're a complete disaster. They'll only tell you what's in their best interest financially. We booked jet skis, and they sent us the wrong location in the confirmation email. There were seven of us, and we had to take two Ubers to the address linked in the confirmation. When we arrived at the marina, there was nothing there, so we had to take two more Ubers to get to a different marina: a total of $100 extra because of their misinformation. We asked about tickets to the Everglades, since we had a rental car, and nothing: they only sell the tour by bus. This might make sense, but the way they sold it was by telling us not to even think about driving because there was no cell service in that area... completely false. Honestly, I don't know how Riu allows this agency to have this kind of service in their lobby; it gives a very bad impression.
