Drivers must be 16+ with a valid driver’s license; legal guardians must sign for riders under 18. Riders must be 5+ and ride with an adult, and minors must be accompanied by an adult at check-in. Not recommended for pregnant travelers or anyone with impaired mobility.

Full refund with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows will be charged the full price.
