Tours operate at night only. Ages 5+; minimum 2 and maximum 3 passengers per flight; solo travelers must purchase 2 seats. Max 250 lbs per passenger and 480 lbs total; arrive 20 minutes early with valid ID; waiver required; no high heels, smoking, or outside food or drink.

Yes. Solo passengers must purchase 2 tickets to meet the 2 passenger minimum.
What happens if I miss my flight?
You will be considered a no-show and refunds are not available. You may reschedule for another date or time with a rescheduling fee, subject to availability.
Is there a deadline for arriving?
Please arrive 20 minutes before your flight. Late arrival may reduce flight time or require rescheduling with a fee and may be treated as a no-show.
Are flights private?
Yes. Only your group will participate in the flight.
Is there a weight limit?
Maximum 250 lbs per passenger; total group weight cannot exceed 480 lbs. Flights may be canceled if limits are exceeded.
Is there an age limit?
Ages 5 and up may fly. Minors must be accompanied by an adult and occupy their own seat with seatbelt.
What if it is raining?
Flights are subject to weather. You may reschedule in case of rain; if a reschedule is not possible, you will receive a full refund.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour. No refunds for no-shows. Full refunds apply if the operator cancels due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances.
