- Guests must be 18 or older to book
- A $75-per-hour captain and crew fee is due before charter departure
- Gratuity is not included; 15% to 20% is recommended at the time of service
- A credit card processing fee applies; clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking
- Bring the booking credit card and ID for payment verification upon arrival
- Maximum capacity is 13 guests; larger groups must book an additional boat

Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made 30 or more days in advance. Cancellations under 30 days are charged the full charter price. Reschedule without penalty with at least 2 weeks' notice; a $100 fee applies for Friday–Sunday dates when rescheduling 21 days before the reservation. Unsafe weather reservations can be used toward a future date within one year.
