Cancellation Policy
Full refund if you cancel more than 14 days before. 50% refund if you cancel 8–14 days before. No refund within 7 days or for no-shows. If there is a marine weather alert or hurricane/tropical storm and you have not boarded, reschedule or full refund.
FAQs
Yes. Sign the Charter Agreement in advance, and make sure every guest signs the waiver before departure. The yacht will not leave the dock until all waivers are signed.
Yes. A $1200 security deposit is required prior to departure to cover potential damages. The card on file will be charged unless you advise otherwise no later than 24 hours prior to departure.
You can bring beverages, cold snacks, or prepacked sandwiches if you did not select private chef services. Do not bring red wine. Do not bring hot food unless it is prepared by the chefs; food prep and kitchen use are reserved for the chefs only.
