- Arrive with your full party 15 minutes before departure; the charter begins at its reserved start time
- Complete waivers before departure; the yacht cannot leave the dock until all waivers are signed
- A $1,200 security deposit applies before departure, is not included in the listed price, and may be charged to the card on file
- Expect additional charges for time beyond your reserved charter, billed in 1-hour increments to the card on file
- Do not smoke inside the cabin or bring red wine onboard
- Do not bring hot food unless it is prepared by the onboard chefs
- Do not bring illegal drugs, firearms, ammunition or other weapons onboard
This booking is for the whole experience, which fits up to 12 guests.
Cancellation Policy
More than 14 days: full refund; 8–14 days: 50%. Within 7 days and no-shows: no refund. Rescheduled bookings are nonrefundable. Before boarding, a marine weather alert or hurricane/tropical storm allows a reschedule or full refund. If weather prevents departure after boarding, 50% refund; no refund after departure. No refunds for chef services, provisions, food, drinks, or shopping/staging fees.

FAQs
Yes. Sign the Charter Agreement in advance, and make sure every guest signs the waiver before departure. The yacht will not leave the dock until all waivers are signed.
Yes. A $1200 security deposit is required prior to departure to cover potential damages. The card on file will be charged unless you advise otherwise no later than 24 hours prior to departure.
You can bring beverages, cold snacks, or prepacked sandwiches if you did not select private chef services. Do not bring red wine. Do not bring hot food unless it is prepared by the chefs; food prep and kitchen use are reserved for the chefs only.
