Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or reschedules are allowed up to 24 hours before the trip. No refunds, cancellations, or reschedules are allowed within 24 hours. No-shows are charged in full. If the operator cancels, a refund or reschedule may be offered.

The boat departs on time. If you arrive more than 1 hour late, you may be treated as a no-show with no refund.
