Solo travelers are welcome but must purchase two seats to meet the two-passenger minimum.
What happens if I miss my flight?
Missed flights are treated as no-shows with no refund, but you may reschedule for another time by paying a fee.
Is there a weight limit?
Each guest must weigh 250 lbs or less, and the total group weight may not exceed 480 lbs.
Is there an age limit?
Guests must be at least 5 years old and able to sit in their own seat with a seatbelt.
What if it is raining?
The flight may be rescheduled in case of bad weather, or you will receive a full refund if it cannot operate.
Things to know
A minimum of two and a maximum of three passengers apply per flight. Arrive 20 minutes early with valid ID to sign a waiver. Closed-toe shoes are required, and intoxicated guests will be refused boarding.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation or reschedule up to 24 hours before your booking; changes within 24 hours incur a $50 rescheduling fee. No refunds are provided for no-shows. Full refunds are issued if the operator cancels due to weather, technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances. Flight route may change due to air traffic. Passengers exceeding the 250 lbs per-person or 480 lbs total weight limit may have their flight cancelled without refund.
