- Schedule your cruise to start after 7 PM and return by midnight
- Limit swimming and water activities to groups of 25 or fewer; groups up to 40 cannot swim

- Accept the liability waiver before participating
- Credit card or Apple Pay use requires a completed credit-card authorization form within 48 hours of booking

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 30 days before departure for a refund minus the $400 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations within 30 days forfeit all amounts paid. If the captain cancels due to unsafe weather, you may reschedule or cancel for a full refund. Mechanical-failure cancellations may be rescheduled or refunded if no similar vessel is secured.
