- Arrive at the meeting point 20 minutes before departure
- Schedule trips to start after 7 pm and return by midnight
- Limit swimming and water activities to 25 passengers; groups up to 40 may cruise without swimming
- Complete the required waiver and agree to the operator’s terms at checkout
- Obtain written approval before bringing decorations, outside vendors, entertainment, or security personnel
- Submit a credit-card authorization form within 48 hours if paying by credit card or Apple Pay
- Follow captain and crew safety instructions; failure to comply may result in removal without refund
- Do not bring illegal drugs or illegal prescription medications aboard

Cancellation Policy
Cancel in writing at least 30 days before departure for a refund minus the $400 non-refundable deposit. Cancel less than 30 days before departure and all amounts paid are forfeited. If the captain cancels due to unsafe weather, you may reschedule or receive a full refund. Mechanical-failure cancellations may be rescheduled or refunded if no similar vessel is secured.
