Know before you go
- Arrive 60 minutes before the departure time shown on your ticket
- Certified divers must bring a certification card for verification
- Sign the boat travel and scuba diving liability release before boarding
- Bring a towel, biodegradable sunscreen, mask, snorkel, fins, buoyancy control device, regulator, computer, depth gauge, surface marker buoy, audible signaling device, compass, wetsuit if needed, cutting tool, dive light, tanks, and weights unless renting
- Tanks and weights are free for Ace Diving women customers
- Do not arrive under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- Do not smoke or vape on the vessel
- Consider a suggested crew gratuity of at least $20 per person per trip
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled trip. Full refund if the operator cancels before departure due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. No refund for no-shows, missed departures, or if proof of certification is not provided.
