Important details
- Rentals require an adult age 18 or older.
- Minors require direct supervision by a parent or legal guardian, who must be present and sign the waiver.
- Delivery is not available inside national parks. The closest delivery location to Moose is the town of Jackson.
- Wear closed-toe footwear.
- For multi-day rentals, your booking's start date counts as day one, even if you start in the afternoon.
- Return your bike by 7pm on the last day of your rental.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations made within 72 hours of the rental are final and cannot be changed. Cancellations less than 72 hours before the rental incur a fee of 50% of the full amount paid; less than 24 hours incur a 100% fee. No-shows and rentals not cancelled are charged in full.
