Per North Carolina law, no hard liquor is allowed. Children under 12 must wear a life jacket at all times on the boat, and everyone must wear a life jacket while tubing. Children under 30 lbs must bring their own USCG-approved life jacket.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 48+ hours before for a full refund. Cancel 24–48 hours before for a 50% refund. Cancel less than 24 hours before: no refund. No-shows: no refund. Full refund or reschedule if the operator cancels due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances on their end.
