Where exactly do we meet, and how do we find the boat launch once we enter the park?
Meet at Water Works Park by the boat launch at 2025 Munroe Falls Ave., Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221. After entering the park, go past the aquatic center to the STOP sign, then turn left toward the boat launch and park in one of the nearby parking areas. Check in at the mobile office building.

What happens if we aren’t checked in by departure time?
Please arrive 30 minutes before your trip start time to check in. The shuttle departs as close to trip time as possible; if you are not checked in at departure time, the shuttle will leave without you.

Do we need to complete waivers before arriving?
Yes. Everyone must have a signed waiver and rental agreement, and all waivers must be completed via the electronic/digital waiver system prior to arriving. Guests under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign.

What should we wear or bring for the trip?
Be prepared to potentially get wet. Water shoes or old tennis shoes are highly recommended, and flip-flops are not recommended. Minimize the number of personal belongings you bring on the trip.

What is the cancellation policy and what if I cancel close to departure?
Cancel at least 24 hours before your reservation for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours but at least 3 hours before departure can receive a gift card (no expiration). No-shows or cancellations less than 3 hours before departure do not receive a refund or gift card. Trips cancelled due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances (as determined by BRA) receive a full refund; weather decisions may be made close to trip time.
