Things to know
Everyone must have a signed waiver and rental agreement; guests under 18 need a parent or guardian signature. Fill out the electronic waiver prior to arriving, and arrive 30 minutes before your trip start time to check in.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the reservation. Full refund if cancelled due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances as determined by BRA. No-shows will be charged the full price.

Meet at Water Works Park by the boat launch at 2025 Munroe Falls Ave., Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221. After entering the park, go past the aquatic center to the STOP sign, then turn left toward the boat launch and park in one of the nearby parking areas. Check in at the mobile office building.
Please arrive 30 minutes before your trip start time to check in. The shuttle departs as close to trip time as possible; if you are not checked in at departure time, the shuttle will leave without you.
