Important details
- Pick up tickets beginning 1 hour before departure and board 30 minutes before departure
- Arrive on time; trains depart promptly and do not wait for late arrivals
- Infants under age 2 must sit on an adult's lap
- For Santa to give your child a surprise on board, bring a small wrapped present labeled with your child's first and last name to the Reindeer Shack after ticket pickup
- Do not smoke, vape, or use alcohol or similar substances on the train or railroad property
- Maintain family-friendly behavior; railroad personnel may take action, including removing disruptive passengers from the train
- Photography by staff and other passengers may occur on railroad property for marketing and social media
