Important details
- Ages 18+ to book. Ages 9–17 require an adult present on the water at all times. Children ages 4–8 may ride as canoe passengers only.
- Weight limits: 275 lbs for a single kayak and 600 lbs total for a canoe.
- Additional charges are not included in the listed price: $10 per item left unlocked after your rental; late-return fees of double the hourly rate for every 15 minutes overdue; and $25 each for lost or damaged paddles or life jackets. Lost or damaged kayaks incur replacement or repair costs based on the damage.
- Complete your waiver on the day of your rental, before your start time. Ensure everyone in your group completes theirs; you are responsible for anyone in your group who does not.
- Wear a life jacket while kayaking. Do not launch or land from the beach area, and use only the equipment you reserved.
- Lock all equipment after your rental and pack out all trash.
- Arrive at least 15 minutes early to unlock your gear and be on the water by your scheduled start time. Return your equipment on time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours ahead for a full refund or credit. With less notice, partial refunds or credits are discretionary. If the operator cancels for weather or other circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit. Launching is allowed in light rain; thunder or lightning allows rescheduling or a full refund. No-shows are charged full price with no refund.
