Important details
- Ages 21+ only to rent or drive; every driver requires a valid driver's license and car insurance
- A credit card authorization for a $300 per-cart damage deposit is required at the start of the rental
- Drive only on roads with speed limits below 35 mph and within city limits
- Stay off Highway 98, bike paths, sidewalks, beaches, sand, nature trails, and native grass areas
- Wear seatbelts, keep all riders seated, and never drive under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- Keep the cart plugged in when not in use and return it fully charged and cleaned out
- A $100 fee applies if the cart battery is below 70% when it is picked up
- Late returns incur a $150-per-day charge, and rule violations that end the rental incur an additional $500 fee
- Inspect the cart before use and report existing damage; you are responsible for damage, theft, lost items, citations, and fines during your rental
- Optional damage protection costs 10% of the rental total and is not insurance
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 30 days before your rental for a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.
