• A $300 per-cart damage-deposit authorization on a credit card is required at rental start

• Delivery is available to 30A/Santa Rosa Beach, Destin/Miramar Beach, Inlet Beach, and Panama City Beach; Panama City Beach requires a 4-day minimum
• Drive only on roads with speed limits below 35 mph and within city limits; do not use Highway 98, bike paths, sidewalks, beaches, sand, nature trails, or native grass areas
• Wear seatbelts, keep all passengers seated, park only in proper spaces, and never drive under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Keep the cart plugged in when not in use and return it fully charged and cleaned out; carts below 70% battery at pickup incur a $100 fee
• Inspect and report pre-existing damage before use, and report any new damage promptly
• Expect charges for damage, theft, lost accessories, citations, or fines; late returns cost $150 per day
• Expect a $500 fee and immediate loss of rental privileges without refund for rule violations
• Damage protection is optional and costs 10% of the rental total; it is not insurance
