Important details

• Drivers ages 21+ only; each driver needs a valid driver’s license and car insurance
• Complete the rental waiver before using the cart
• A credit card authorization of $300 per cart is required for the damage deposit
• Drive only on roads with speed limits under 35 mph and within city limits; Highway 98, bike paths, sidewalks, trails, sand, and grass areas are prohibited
• Obey traffic laws, wear seatbelts, keep all passengers seated, and do not drive under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Keep the cart plugged in when not in use and return it fully charged and cleaned out
• Inspect the cart before use and report existing damage; you are responsible for new damage, theft, lost items, citations, and fines during the rental
• A $100 charge applies if the cart is returned below 70% battery; late returns are charged $150 per day
• A $500 fee applies for rule violations that end rental privileges, including reckless driving or allowing an underage driver
• Additional charges include $125 for a charging cable, $75 for an extension cord, $50 for a lost key, $395 for an emergency pickup, and $495 for a broken windshield
• Optional damage protection costs an additional 10% of the rental total and is not insurance
