Know before you go
- Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and safety preparation
- Ages 13+ only; no one under 13 may enter the premises
- Require an adult to remain on the premises for participants ages 13–17
- Bring a valid photo ID if you are an adult; it must match your electronic waiver
- Complete the electronic waiver before your session
- Wear tennis shoes or work boots with no visible heel; this also applies to non-participating observers
- Expect a $5 per-item fee, not included in the listed price, for clean electronics brought to smash
Cancellation Policy
No cancellations. Rescheduling is free at least 24 hours before start; a $25 fee applies with 4 or more hours' notice on the day of the session, and a $35 fee applies with less than 4 hours' notice. Arriving 10 or more minutes after the start time forfeits the reservation.

Use the small lockers for personal belongings. Leave oversized bags and larger items in your car, as secure storage for them is not available.
