Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or group-size changes less than 7 days before your tour: deposits are nonrefundable. Full refund if the operator cancels due to bad weather. Weather rescheduling may be available at no charge; other rescheduling costs $50 per day.
FAQs
Wear closed-toe shoes; running shoes work well for wet canyons. Do not wear flip-flops or sandals. Dress for the day's weather and bring a light layer or multiple layers.
Bring 2 liters of water per person, or 3 liters in summer, plus snacks if needed. Bring sunscreen and sunglasses for the desert sun.
Bring a 20- to 30-liter backpack, or use one if available. You will carry the supplied helmet, harness, gloves, and rappel device along with your personal gear.
