Itinerary
- AM trips: Check in at Scuba-Fun Dive Center at 7:00 AM. PM trips: Check in at 12:00 PM
- Gear fitting and safety briefing on the dock
- Board the boat — departure approximately 45 minutes after check-in
- Boat ride to Molasses Reef (approximately 35 minutes)
- First dive — approximately 45-60 minutes bottom time depending on depth and air
- Surface interval on the boat — captain repositions to second site
- Second dive — approximately 45-60 minutes
- Boat ride back to the dive center. AM return approximately 12:00 PM, PM return approximately 5:00 PM

Important details
- Arrive by 7:00 AM for morning trips or 11:45 AM for afternoon trips; arrivals 20 minutes late are treated as no-shows
- Ages 10+ only; divers ages 10 and up need a certified parent or guardian
- Requires valid Open Water scuba certification or equivalent and a logged dive within the past 24 months
- Bring a certification card or digital proof of certification for check-in
- Requires climbing the boat ladder unassisted
- Pregnant divers cannot participate; severe back or neck conditions, recent surgery, and heart problems are not recommended
- Complete a liability waiver and medical questionnaire before diving
- Arrange your own transportation between the dive center and the marina
- A guide may be required for certification level, age, a first dive after certification, or a first ocean dive; solo divers require a guide. Guide fees are not included: group $15 per diver, semi-private $40 per diver, or solo $65
- Guide and boat crew gratuity are not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before check-in for 1–4 people, 72 hours for 5–10, or 7 days for 11+. Refunds are less a 3.5% administrative fee; cancellations within 48 hours also incur a $25-per-person fee. Late cancellations, arrivals, and no-shows are nonrefundable. Full refund if unsafe sea conditions cancel the trip.

FAQs
A guide is required if you are under 18 without an adult certified diver, do not have a dive buddy, hold a Scuba Diver (Level 1) certification, last dived more than 12 months ago, or are making your first dive after certification or first ocean dive.
Bring proof of certification, a towel, reef-safe sunscreen, snacks, and your preferred beverage. Water is provided on the boat. Bring a dry change of clothes during cooler winter months.
If you dive without a guide, you must carry your own timekeeping device or dive computer.
