Know before you go
- All parties must be present to sign paperwork in person, and all participants must sign a waiver before the rental
- The renter must be at least 25 and provide a valid driver's license upon arrival
- Pickup and drop-off must take place between 7:30am and 6pm
- A $250 deposit is required
- Fuel is paid separately; return the boat with a full tank or the card on file will be charged. Clarify fuel costs with Greetwell before booking
- Follow weather and lock hours when traveling to and from the lake
- Do not drink alcohol, bring glass bottles or pets, or tow, tube, or ski
- Do not add passengers after check-in
- Rentals may be canceled if the renter is impaired or cannot understand instructions

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 48 hours before your reservation for a full refund of the deposit. Cancel within 48 hours and forfeit the deposit. No-shows are charged the full rental amount. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
FAQs
Yes. Every participant, including minors, must sign a waiver before the boat rental. You can forward the waiver from the confirmation email to all participants.
