Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before start for a full refund. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged in full.

FAQs
Complete a waiver for every participant with their full name and tour date. Adults ages 18+ complete an adult waiver. For minors age 17 and under, include the minor's information at the top and an adult's information at the bottom of the same waiver.
Wear closed-toe shoes. Bring sunblock and any protection or spare clothes you need, such as a hat or sunglasses, for the jungle environment.
GoPro rentals are available for the ziplines at an additional cost that is not included in the listed price.
