Cancellation Policy
Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before departure. No refunds for missed trips. Trips may be canceled due to weather, low enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances. If a trip returns early after seeing whales, a future-trip raincheck is offered instead of a refund.
