Know before you go

• Arrive 30 minutes before departure for check-in and a safety briefing
• Requires safely boarding, sitting, and moving with the vessel; this active ride may not suit limited mobility
• Children under 12 months require a hands-free carrier, such as a Baby Bjorn or equivalent
• Wear warm layers, a waterproof outer layer, and close-toed flat-soled shoes with good traction
• No glass, alcohol, or coolers are allowed on board
• Smoking is not allowed on board
• Wear a life jacket when required by the captain or crew
• Trips may not operate when marine conditions are unsafe
