Things to know
Ages 21+ only with ID required at check-in. Arrive 15 minutes early; late arrival may require an additional $50 re-booking fee. Wrangler gratuities are not included unless added at booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 48+ hours before for a full refund. Cancel 24–48 hours before for a half refund. Same-day cancellations: no refund. Date changes may have a $50 booking change fee; reschedule only once.

You must be 21 or older, and you need to show ID at check-in. No exceptions.
Wear jeans or pants (no shorts above the knee) and closed-toe shoes. Do not wear flip flops, sandals, Crocs, or high heels; boot heels must be no more than 1 inch.
Do not bring bags, purses, backpacks, or water bottles. Do not bring any outside food or beverages (alcoholic or not); if you do, you may be asked to leave without a refund.
