With an exceptional rating backed by hundreds of reviews, this outfitter delivers consistently memorable trail rides through Wyoming's stunning backcountry. Guests rave about the breathtaking Teton views and well-maintained trails that showcase the region's natural beauty. The horses get plenty of love too—described as gentle, well-trained, and perfectly matched to riders' abilities, making this a solid choice for everyone from first-timers to experienced equestrians. The guides truly set this operation apart. Names like Nora, Maggie, Kenzie, and Cooper come up repeatedly, with riders praising their knowledge of the terrain, attentiveness to safety, and genuine warmth that transforms a simple trail ride into something special. Whether you opt for the 2-hour breakfast ride or the signature half-day adventure with lunch, the staff seems dedicated to personalizing the experience and ensuring everyone feels comfortable. Families particularly appreciate how the wranglers work with mixed skill levels, and many guests say their ride was the highlight of their entire Jackson trip.
My husband and I had a wonderful morning ride with Adam! I haven’t rode a horse in a long time and it was my husband’s first time; they were great teachers and we picked it up almost immediately. Adam was charismatic, told us a bunch about our horses, and we shared some laughs. It was also such a nice surprise to have our own guide on the trail without a larger group. 10/10 experience!
