What is your cancellation and weather policy?
If weather is inclement the captain may reschedule or cancel; if the captain cancels you receive a full refund. Guest cancellations are fully refundable up to 14 days before departure.
What should we bring on our tiki boat trip?
Bring beverages, snacks, weather-appropriate clothing, sunscreen, sunglasses, towels and a camera; coolers, ice and ice chests are provided.
How early should we arrive?
Arrive at least 15 minutes before departure to park, unload, complete the waiver and board on time.
Are bathrooms available on the boat?
Yes, the tiki boat has a private marine head; using marina restrooms before boarding is recommended.
Is gratuity included?
Gratuity is not included; a customary 15–20% tip for the captain and crew is appreciated.
Things to know
Children 7 and under must wear life jackets on board, and infants must arrive with their own flotation devices. Smoking and drug use are not permitted; vaping is allowed.
Cancellation policy
Full refund if you cancel at least 14 days before departure. Full refund also provided if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances; the captain makes the final weather decision 30 minutes before departure. No-shows are charged the full price.
