A non-refundable $10 per person deposit is required. Bike transport limits: no front fenders, tires must be 2.8 inches wide or less, and bikes must weigh under 50 lbs. Upper Pine shuttle add-on has an added $10–$20 per person charge depending on how far upstream you start.
Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable $10 per person deposit. Refund with more than 48 hours notice (minus $10 per person plus processing fees); less than 48 hours notice: no refund. No-shows charged full price; late arrivals may be no-show. Full refund if operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

If you’re biking, you can ask to start in Ansonia (19 miles biking) or Butler Access (27 miles biking). There is no price difference between the two.
