30 minutes BEFORE ride begins- arrival and safety briefings 50 minutes- ride time on the trails! 10 minutes- photos and dismounting 45 minutes- relaxing in the barn & brunch 10 minutes- thank you & farewell

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 10 days before your ride; later cancellations are non-refundable. Request adjustments or rescheduling at least 3 days before. Late arrivals and no-shows forfeit the ride. Unsafe-condition rescheduling has no cancellation penalties.
