Things to know
Ages 8+ only; children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult guardian. Close-toed shoes required, and riders must meet the height/weight chart limits (maximum BMI 31). Not suitable for pregnant visitors, or those with back problems, recent surgeries, or difficulty with balance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 10 days in advance; after that, rides are non-refundable. Request adjustments or rescheduling 3 days prior. Late or no-show forfeits your ride. If rescheduled due to unsafe conditions (weather or otherwise), a wrangler will contact you; cancellation penalties do not apply to weather cancellations.
