    Things to know

    Children 13 and under must wear a life jacket and be accompanied by an adult. No restrooms onboard; use facilities before departure. Captains may adjust, reschedule, or cancel for weather.

    Cancellation Policy

    75% refund if canceled more than 5 days before. No refunds within 5 days or for no-shows. Operator may cancel for weather, safety, or mechanical reasons; they may wait out a brief shower, reschedule, or refund if unable to reschedule. Behavior or alcohol-related cancellations are not rescheduled or refunded.
