- Requires the physical ability to operate a kayak safely and follow safety instructions; no previous kayaking experience is required

- Bring a valid government-issued photo ID
- A valid Texas fishing license is required for anyone fishing age 17 or older and is not included
- You'll be financially responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged equipment beyond normal wear and tear; these costs are not included in the listed price
- Complete and electronically sign the liability waiver before your rental begins, acknowledging the risks of kayaking and fishing. A parent or legal guardian must sign for anyone under 18
- Follow all safety instructions and applicable laws, and care for and return all rented equipment
- Service may be refused if you appear impaired or conditions are unsafe
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation at least 48 hours before your rental starts. Cancellations 24–48 hours before start receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours before start and no-shows are non-refundable. If the operator cancels due to unsafe weather or other conditions, you'll receive a full refund or may reschedule at no additional charge.

No. Live bait and tackle are not included with your kayak rental. Bring your own if you plan to use them; personal fishing gear is optional.
Bring sunscreen, polarized sunglasses, a hat, drinking water, snacks, and appropriate clothing and footwear. Food, drinks, ice, and a cooler are not included. Bring a camera or phone if you want to take photos.
