Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 24 hours' notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged in full. A minimum of 10 passengers is required; if unmet, you'll be rescheduled or refunded. Private charters: full refund with at least 7 days' notice; later cancellations are nonrefundable.
