- Bring the credit card used for booking and matching ID; both are required to board
- Sunset cruises require a $30 upgrade fee not included in the listed price
- Cruises operate weather permitting
Cancellation Policy
All bookings are non-refundable. Rescheduling fees apply: $35 within 2 weeks; $75 plus the full cost of noncancelable food or perishables 48–24 hours before; and the full charge within 24 hours. No-shows are charged in full. If unsafe conditions cancel the cruise, you'll be rescheduled at no charge.
