- Motorboat drivers must be age 21+ and present a valid driver's license
- Dogs are allowed and count toward the boat's capacity
- A refundable $150 damage deposit is collected at check-in and released after the rental if the boat is undamaged
- A fuel charge applies
- If you are not overnight camping, a $25 day-use fee per vehicle applies on arrival
- Trading out passengers during the rental incurs a $20 charge per person over the boat's occupancy limit
- Each participant must sign the digital waiver before arrival; a parent or guardian must sign for minors
- Boat occupants under 13 must wear an appropriately sized PFD at all times; all other occupants must have a PFD accessible in the boat
- Swimming from the boat and alcohol consumption on rental boats are prohibited; drivers may not be under the influence of alcohol
- Return to the marina immediately if thunder is heard and lightning is present
- For 2- and 4-hour rentals, arrive 30 minutes before departure. Full-day rentals may arrive anytime during the reservation period
Cancellation Policy
Cancel within 24 hours of booking with no fee. Cancel 72+ hours before start for a refund less $10, rebooking, or a digital gift card. No refunds within 72 hours. Inclement weather does not qualify for a refund. If thunder or lightning requires a return, after halfway no refund; before halfway, wait to resume with no extension or end for a gift card equal to remaining time.
