- Complete the required waiver before arrival
- Expect park entry fees not included in the listed price: $6 per vehicle with 2–8 occupants, $4 per single-occupant vehicle, or $2 per pedestrian
- Return the bike before closing time; late fees start at $50 per item, rise to $75 after 30 minutes, and increase by $75 for each additional 30 minutes
- Expect rescue or recovery charges if assistance is needed, starting at $100; Sea Tow fees start at $350 if recovery cannot be provided
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund or booking adjustment. No refunds for no-shows or shortened rental times. Full refund or rescheduling is available if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather conditions.
