Important details
- Participant weight must be 100–235 lbs
- Bring a swimsuit or quick-dry clothing, towel, sunscreen, sunglasses with a strap, water, snacks, a light wind layer, and a secure bag
- Follow all instructor guidance at all times
- Kiteboarding is weather-dependent, and unsafe conditions may prevent activities from taking place
Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund when you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled activity. No refunds are available for cancellations within 48 hours. Request a reschedule or wind check until the day before. Same-day reschedules are not permitted and, if approved, may incur a fee of half the activity price. Late arrivals and no-shows are not refunded or rescheduled.
FAQs
You can reschedule the affected activity or receive a refund for the portion you could not complete. If you choose a refund for a package, completed activities are charged at their regular price.
