- Electronically sign the waiver 3 days before your rental.
- For trailer pickup, a 2" hitch ball and flat four electrical connector are required. Bring your hitch insert.
- Delivery takes place the morning of your first rental day, with pickup the evening of your last day—not after full 24-hour rental periods.
- Delivery and pickup times are set the day before your rental; requested times are not guaranteed. Arrive at the boat launch on time for delivery and pickup.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 7 days before your reservation for a full refund. Cancel 4–6 days before to forfeit your reservation deposit. Cancel 3 days or less before and you'll be charged the full reservation amount. If the boat is rebooked for your reserved dates, you won't be charged.
