Expect a wet, fast, and often rough Zodiac raft ride. Do not go if you are pregnant, have back/neck problems, recent surgeries, heart conditions, or serious medical conditions. You also need to be in good physical condition, and children must be age 5+.
You may see and possibly enter sea caves, but only when ocean conditions are safe and the captain approves.
Wear comfortable clothing and a swimsuit (you do not swim, but you can get wet). Bring a light jacket, towel, sunscreen (no spray), sunglasses, and a hat (a tie-down is recommended). You ride barefoot; socks or clean thin water shoes are allowed.
